Lite Regal Education is pleased to introduce Hayloft Point as part of its London accommodation portfolio for 2025. Located in the heart of Central London, this modern and stylish residence is used by University of London, King’s College, and other top university students, offering an authentic student living experience. It spans 24-storeys and will provide beds for 920 students. It covers 29,000 sq m in total and had development costs of £190m.
Hayloft Point provides state-of-the-art en-suite rooms and studio apartments, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a high standard of living. With spacious study areas, social lounges, a cinema room, and on-site fitness facilities, students will enjoy a vibrant and supportive environment throughout their stay.

Continental breakfast usually consisting of tea/coffee, toast, jam and cereal or full English breakfast
Lunch
Lunch is served at the college dining hall every day, and this will consist of a hot meal. Students will be given a packed lunch on days when there are full-day excursions, and this consists of a sandwich, crisps, fruit, chocolate and a drink.
Dinner
Dinner is in the college dining hall: a combination of hot and cold options. Their is always a meat and vegetarian option.

If students have specific diet requirements (e.g. gluten free / vegetarian / halal/ vegan), we must be informed of this prior to the student’s arrival.

Accommodation in Garden Halls University of London
Lite Regal Education are pleased to be offer exceptional accommodation in our latest addition to the portfolio of centres run by LITE Regal in summer: UCL Garden Halls – Intercollegiate Halls of (University of London), located in the heart of London – Bloomsbury.
Students enrolled on the Summer Course and choose the residential Option will stay in the modern and bright fully equipped Building. Students will have the unique experience to live and study their Subject in one of the Best College Universities in the World (ranked 7th) whilst being in one of the most exciting and culturally diverse Capital in the World. The Campus is located in Central London and moments away from Oxford Street and major London attractions.
Accommodation is provided in single en-suite rooms (each room has its own shower) with double beds. Rooms are cleaned and fresh bed linen and towels are provided on a regular basis. There is a staff member available to students on-site at all times.

All Rooms are En-suite which come fully fitted with a double bed, workstation, desk chair, notice board, wardrobe, drawers and a magnetic vinyl board. Each room has its own en-suite consisting of a toilet, shower and washbasin and also includes a holder for hairdryer and straighteners. En-suite rooms have access to a shared pantry and dining room in addition to the catering hub as part of the catered accommodation package. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are provided with the accommodation and a vegetarian options is always available. The shared pantries are equipped with a fridge, microwave and sink.
Safety And Security on Campus
LITE Regal Education (LRE) have a full time welfare and pastoral team throughout the course whom are available 24/7. Every student will have a main point of contact whom and be responsible for them ensuring their safety and well being and that they gain maximum benefit from the summer course. We will have full time House Deans that will will sleep on Site Ensuring the Safety of all students in the Summer School
All students will be issued with emergency contact details for their main point of contact and students will be briefed upon arrival.
How is Safety of Students Ensured
Upon entry to Garden Halls there are 24 hour Security day and night porters that have a front desk in the main foyer Area. All students of LRE are given magnetic cards that allow them access to the building and their rooms and must swipe to get past the optical barrier turnstiles. Nobody can enter the building without pre-authorised access and all guest must sign in the Visitors Book. The Security first checking that the person is an authorised visitor. The Day and Night Porters and Lite Regal Education staff work to ensure the safety at all times of students in our care at all times.

University of London Campus Map
Students choosing London University as a Location of Study will reside in UCL Garden Halls University of London (See Below Point 11) and Study and have classes and workshops during the day in UCL Institute of Education (See Below Point 7). It is a few minutes Walk between all building on the Campus and Students will be accompanied at all times with our Pastoral Staff and Mentors. There are numerous Parks in the Vicinity and University Green Gardens Squares that students can relax and talk to their class friends within the Campus. There is are numerous Coffee Shops as well as Tennis Courts and a Fitness Center with Swimming Pool within the Campus. The Campus is in Use by many students during the Summer and is a safe lively place to live and study.
