House Matron for Residential Supervision
- A dedicated House Matron is present in each dormitory to oversee students’ welfare and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.
- The House Matron provides 24/7 support, ensuring students adhere to curfew times, hygiene practices, and dormitory rules.
- All appointed House Matrons and key staff are fully Health & Safety trained, DBS checked, and hold official Health & Safety certificates to ensure they are fully vetted and qualified to work with young students.
- They are the first point of contact for any health concerns, emotional support, or personal issues that may arise.
Activities Leader for Outdoor Supervision
- The Activities Leader is responsible for supervising all extracurricular activities, sports, and excursionsafter lessons.
- They ensure that all outdoor activities are conducted safely, with risk assessments in place, and that students follow guidelines for their well-being.
- All Activities Leaders and key staff are Health & Safety trained, DBS checked, and certified in first aidto handle any unforeseen incidents.
